Junkyard wars is a platform to showcase your engineering attitude by creating some useful stuff from the provided useless scrap materials.



    A real engineering mind is tasted when both of its imagination power and creativity are at stake and it still ends up turning the wall upside down by creating something extraordinary. This event is a platform to showcase your engineering attitude by creating some useful stuff from the provided useless scrap! Limited resources, limited time and a problem to solve. That is what 'JUNK KORTO' is about! All that you need is some jugaad from kabaad! So put on your hats of imagination, get ready to dirty your hands and let the battle of creative minds begin!! There are overall four rounds in this event.

    Round 1: (Technical Quiz) :

    It will be an elimination round. It includes the "TECHNICAL QUIZ ", Quiz will be conducted on the basis of subjects which are common Engineering syllabus or common Engineering subjects.
    Note:- All teams should be Present at the time given for the first round.

    Round 2:

    It will involve some task from scrap sourced from a junkyard laden .The team has to complete the task within the given time and also in minimum possible time. Also the Aesthetic of Created Model.

    Round 3:

    It will involve some task from scrap sourced from a junkyard laden. The team have to complete the task within the given time.

    Round 4:

    It will involve some task from scrap sourced from a junkyard laden .The team has to complete the task within the given time and also in minimum possible time. Also the Aesthetic of Created Model.
    • Any team which is not ready at the time specified will be disqualified from the competition automatically.
    • The decision of the judges will be final and binding in any circumstance. Arguments on their decision won't be entertained and may lead to disqualification.
    • The teams must adhere to the spirit of healthy competition. The coordinators reserve the right to disqualify any team indulging in misbehaviour.
    • The number of rounds and their contents are liable to change before the event and the change will be informed to all who register.
    • The task has to be completed in given time itself otherwise the team will be disqualified.
    • All rights are reserved with the coordinators. They may or may not disclose any information depending upon the information asked. They can change any rule at any time according to the situation. Team Specification.
    • Each team can have maximum 4 members and minimum 2 members.
    • Students from different institutes can form a team for the event.
    • Student should carry the valid college identity cards of their respective institute at the time of reporting
    • Switching of team members during the on-going game will not be allowed.
    • Pointing system would be clarified on the day of event before starting it
    • Event manager's as well as the Coordinator can change in rules as per the situation.
